Charles J. Negaro

Charles J. Negaro was born in Waterbury but has lived in the East Rock neighborhood of New Haven since 1983. He received an A.B. History from Brown University in 1964 and graduated from The J.D. Fordham Law School in 1967. He was admitted to practice law in NY and CT. Charles founded New Haven’s popular Atticus Book Store Cafe in 1980 and Chabaso Bakery in 1995. He is currently the Secretary on the Board of Directors for Start Community Bank and is a founding member and former Chairman of New Haven Farms.
