Masuma Khanom

Masuma Khanom has a diverse background in customer service and youth engagement, with recent experience as a Store Cashier at Burlington Stores, Inc. in October 2023, where responsibilities included managing transactions and enhancing customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Masuma served as an Elementary School Youth Worker at Commonpoint Queens from November 2023 to June 2024, creating interactive and engaging activities for K-5 students. Additional experience includes an internship at Council for Unity Inc. focusing on virtual community-building for high school students from September 2020 to January 2023, and a role as a Fast Food Team Member at Shake Shack in August 2021, where emphasis was placed on customer interactions.
