Eric Hoffer

Eric Hoffer, PT, DPT, CIDN, is currently a Physical Therapist at CommonSpirit Health at Home since October 2023. Previously, Eric worked as a Physical Therapist at St. Elizabeth Healthcare from June 2020 to September 2023 and held the position of Lead Physical Therapist at Oxford Physical Therapy Centers from August 2019 to May 2020. Eric's clinical experience includes comprehensive rotations focused on outpatient orthopaedics, sports medicine, skilled nursing, balance impairments, and vestibular dysfunctions. Eric completed a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Mount St. Joseph University and has a background in pre-physical therapy studies from Thomas More University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Elected Studies from the same institution. Early career experience includes serving as a Physical Therapy Aide at Oxford Physical Therapy Centers.
