Dylan Savage is an experienced professional with a diverse background in healthcare and coaching. Currently serving as a Right of Way Agent at Commonstreet Consulting since April 2022, Dylan previously held multiple roles at The Polyclinic, including Executive Assistant, Surgery Scheduler, and Patient Service Representative from July 2018 to April 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Server at Villa Peru Restaurant and Head Coach at TGA Premier Youth Tennis, where notable achievements included being awarded Coach of the Month in January 2018 and having students recognized as Student-Athletes of the Month. Additionally, Dylan gained research experience at MedLitera: The Medical Writers' Group and worked as an Insurance Authorization Specialist and Document Management Specialist at Bellevue Bone and Joint Physicians. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science in Care Health and Society with a minor in Public Health from the University of Arizona and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Bellevue College.

We're proud of what this right of way team has accomplished and where we're going. On any given day, we're negotiating with small town farmers somewhere in rural America or settling a major acquisition with the owner of a high rise apartment building in downtown Seattle. Collectively, our staff has had the privilege of managing the right of way task for 6 capital works projects exceeding $1 billion each. As our experience grew over the years, our founders believed industry changes were needed.
