Ashika Chand

Ashika Chand is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the banking and finance sector. Currently serving as Executive Manager (Product Owner) for Private Bank and Advice Transformation at Commonwealth Bank, Ashika oversees strategic initiatives within CBA Private Bank since September 2023. Previously held significant roles at NAB, including Business Banking Executive for Health NSW/ACT, Head of Retail Transformation and Business Performance Coaching, and Associate Director of Financial Institutions Credit Risk, demonstrating strong leadership and P&L responsibility. Ashika's background also includes roles at DBS Bank, Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank, and further involvement in board governance with The Observership Program at the Art Gallery of NSW.
