Barbara Cushen

Barbara Cushen is an experienced leader in digital transformation and technology delivery, currently serving as the Data and AI Implementation Tech Lead and Program Director for Data Products and Platforms at Commonwealth Bank since October 2021. Previously, Barbara worked at ING Australia as Technology Delivery Lead for Consumer Lending, managing the development of a Global Collections and Arrears Platform. Barbara's extensive experience spans various roles, including Digital and IT Services Delivery Consultant at JANA Investment Advisers, Head of Portfolio at the Digital Transformation Agency, and Head of Delivery & Operations at Valtech. Educational qualifications include completion of the Business Leaders Program in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School and a certification in Essentials of Product Management from Brainmates.
