Jacinta Fraser has extensive work experience in organizational change management and leadership roles. Jacinta first worked at Logica as a Business Support Systems Team Lead for Hutchison Telecoms Australia Ltd, where they managed a development and support team, resolved scheduling conflicts, and ensured resolution of support incidents. Jacinta then joined Ericsson as a BSS - Service Manager for Hutchison Telecoms Australia Ltd, where they proactively reduced support costs and ensured compliance with government regulations. Jacinta also worked at Well Gifted as a Business Owner before joining Ericsson again as a Change Manager for the Wireless NBNCo Rollout. In this role, they successfully unified two different company cultures, developed communication strategies, and involved key stakeholders for a successful change rollout. Most recently, Jacinta worked at Deloitte Australia as an Organizational Change Manager before landing their current position as a Portfolio Change Lead at Commonwealth Bank.
Jacinta Fraser began their education at the University of Technology Sydney, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Computer Science from 2000 to 2003. Following that, they attended Macquarie University from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Additionally, Jacinta has also undertaken studies at TAFE NSW, where they completed a Certificate IV in Small Business Management.
