Jessica Lewis

Jessica Lewis has extensive experience in banking and management, currently serving as the QLD State Manager for Third Party Banking at Commonwealth Bank since April 2013. Jessica has held several significant roles, including Executive Manager Contact Services, where leadership was provided to a team managing service calls for Third Party Brokers during the home loan process. Notable achievements include leading the national Document Fulfilment and Finance Settlements teams, resulting in notable team growth and performance improvements. Jessica has also taken on secondment roles such as Acting General Manager for Everyday Banking Operations and Executive Manager of Credit Card Verification. Prior experience includes office administration at Blacktown City Council and managerial roles in retail. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Criminology from Western Sydney University.
