Marianne Rose Gaicd

Marianne Rose GAICD is an experienced legal professional currently serving as TeamSource Senior Legal Counsel on secondment to Commonwealth Bank at Herbert Smith Freehills, specializing in Technology and Strategic sourcing matters. Holding the position of Director and General Counsel at Ethica Legal Solutions since October 2017, Marianne focuses on legal management consultancy to drive transformation. Additionally, Marianne has held non-executive director roles at Interchange WA and IBN Corporation Pty Ltd, contributing to community support initiatives and the advancement of Indigenous communities.
