Nausheen Tabassum

Nausheen Tabassum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payment services and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Payment Services Utility at Commonwealth Bank since January 2022. Previously, Nausheen held various leadership roles at Microsoft, including Senior Business Program Manager, where responsibilities encompassed site strategy, execution, and stakeholder management for Asia. Nausheen's tenure at HSBC spanned over a decade, where roles included Senior Vice President for Payment Operations and Vice President for E-Commerce Payment Services, successfully leading multicultural teams and implementing large-scale change initiatives. Nausheen holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Science from the University of Mysore.
