Sean Skilton

Sean Skilton serves as the Executive Manager of Privileged Access Management at Commonwealth Bank since September 2025 and has been the Owner and Director of Skilled Vision Pty Ltd since 2006. Previously, Sean held the role of Senior Manager for Identity & Access Management at Endeavour Group from January 2022 to September 2025, leading identity management activities and overseeing Cyber operations during a demerger from Woolworths. In addition to previous ownership roles in travel agencies and a board directorship with Travelscene American Express, Sean has extensive experience in various technical and managerial positions at Sun Microsystems, focusing on software consulting and identity solutions across the Asia Pacific. Earlier career roles included GIS Analyst at Toowoomba City Council and Software Engineer/Network Manager at the Co-operative Research Centre for Tropical Pest Management. Sean Skilton holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Physics from The University of Queensland.
