Simon Beaumont

Simon Beaumont is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Director of Client Risk Solutions at Commonwealth Bank since March 2024. Previously, Simon held the position of Head of Market Risk Solutions (C&I) South at NAB from February 2023 to February 2024, and spent over 16 years at National Australia Bank in various roles, including Director and Associate Director within Corporate & Institutional Markets, as well as positions in Business Markets. A background in financial markets includes expertise in interest rate risk management, hedging, swaps, and options. Prior to a successful finance career, Simon was a professional AFL footballer, playing for both Carlton Football Club and Hawthorn Football Club. Simon holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Melbourne Business School, completed between 2003 and 2006.
