Steve Fleming has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Product Owner for Branch & Lending Skilling at Commonwealth Bank since June 2021, following roles as Senior Manager in Learning Experience and Design and Learning Lead for Environment & Sustainability. Prior to this, positions at Westpac included Senior Manager L&D from January 2018 to June 2021, and at Woolworths Group, where Fleming was Training Lead for Supply Chain. Experience also includes roles at SAI Global Property, Service NSW, British American Tobacco, and UBS Investment Bank, with a focus on training strategy, delivery processes, and online support content development across various sectors.
