Victor Xian

Victor Xian is a Senior DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and risk management. At Commonwealth Bank since November 2022, Victor is responsible for building and migrating the Risk Management Platform to AWS Cloud and implementing GitOps best practices across Kubernetes clusters. Prior experience includes a Senior DevOps Engineer role at Xero from February 2018 to November 2022, where Victor designed infrastructure architecture, delivered DevOps projects, and ensured optimal performance for a million-user SaaS product. Earlier positions at Tabcorp and B2BE involved managing large-scale infrastructure, providing technical support, and automating systems. Victor holds a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from RMIT University, a Master’s degree in Network Engineering from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Guangdong University of Technology.
