Yilian Guo possesses extensive experience in analytics and decision science within the banking sector, currently serving as the Chapter Lead for Customer Engagement within the Analytics, Data and Decision Science team at Commonwealth Bank since April 2019. Yilian has held several key roles at Commonwealth Bank, including Senior Manager for Partnership Analytics and various managerial positions in analytics and credit risk strategy. Prior to this, Yilian worked as a Research Consultant at Capital Markets CRC Limited and contributed as a tutor and research assistant at Macquarie University. Yilian’s academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Finance, Banking and Regulation, alongside a Master of Research and a Master of Applied Finance from esteemed institutions.
