James Moran JD, CPA has extensive experience in the field of compliance and consulting. James most recently served as the SVP, Chief Compliance Officer at Commonwealth Care Alliance, where they were responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining the compliance program. James chaired the compliance committee and supported the Audit, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management Committee of the Board of Directors. Prior to this, they worked as a Managing Director at PwC from 2015 to 2018. James also held leadership roles at EY, Huron Consulting Group, Washington University in St. Louis, and Penn Medicine. James began their career at PwC as a Manager.
