Maria Millette is currently the Director of Enrollment Operations at Commonwealth Care Alliance. Previously, Maria held various roles at Tufts Health Plan, including Enrollment Manager and Senior Business Analyst. Prior to that, Maria worked at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island as an Operations Outsourcing Analyst and Business Analyst. Maria also has experience as a Case Manager at The Key Program, Inc. Maria graduated from Regis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Maria focuses on improving processes, identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and collaborating with business areas for problem scope definition.
