Susan Wood

Susan Wood, MHA, FACHE has a wealth of experience in healthcare administration. Susan most recently served as the Vice President of Care Delivery Operations at Commonwealth Care Alliance, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at South Shore Health System from 2012 to 2022, including Vice President of Ambulatory Operations and Executive Director of Surgical Services, Critical Care Medicine, and Endoscopy. Susan also has experience at Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts as the Vice President of Clinical Operations from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, they worked at Lahey Clinic as an Administrative Director of Clinical Services from 2005 to 2010. Susan began their career at Henry Ford Health System, where they held various roles, including Practice Administrator, Program Administrator of the Administrative Fellowship Program, Marketing Program Coordinator, and Administrative Fellow for the Henry Ford Medical Group. Susan holds a Master's degree in Health Administration (MHA) and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
