Mr. Sheffer was the Chief Financial Officer for Smith/Packett (a long-term care developer) for eight years and Colonial Care, LLC (a long-term care operator) for four years. Mr. Sheffer has eight years experience with KPMG as a CPA, seven years experience with a hotel management firm, and three years experience with the largest contractor in the State of Virginia.

Mr. Sheffer has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
