Lance Short

Lance Short is an experienced IT professional with a background in help desk management and network support. Currently serving as Help Desk Infrastructure Manager at Commonwealth Care of Roanoke since May 2012, Lance oversees hardware and software installations, troubleshooting, and user support while maintaining system inventories and backups. Prior experience includes the role of Network Intranet Specialist II at Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare from November 2004 to May 2012, where responsibilities mirrored those at Commonwealth Care. Lance began a career in IT as a Quality Assurance Tester at TEDS INC from June 2000 to November 2004, focusing on software testing and user support. Educational qualifications include an Associate Degree in Information Systems Technology from Wytheville Community College, completed between 1997 and 1999.
