Jordan Mason

Jordan Mason, PMP, is an experienced program manager currently leading initiatives at the Commonwealth Cyber Initiative since September 2021. Previously, Jordan served as a Contact Division Triage Specialist and Contact Interviewer for the Institute for Public Health Innovation, where assessment and data management related to COVID-19 cases were key responsibilities. At The George Washington University, Jordan held various positions including Manager of Division Fiscal Operations, overseeing budgets and financial policy development for student organizations. Jordan also contributed as an IT Support Analyst, providing technical support across the university. Earlier experience includes serving as Branch Rental Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where organizational leadership resulted in record customer service scores and significant fleet growth. Jordan possesses a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from George Mason University and a background from the University of Virginia.
