Bonita M. Estelle

Bonita M. Estelle, formerly Parker, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in external affairs, nonprofit management, and financial services. Currently serving as External Affairs Manager at ComEd since July 2010, Bonita is responsible for building strategic alliances with various stakeholders in the Chicago area. Prior to ComEd, Bonita held positions including Chief of Staff for the 7th Ward City of Chicago, where management of front office staff and community engagement initiatives were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes a role as Financial Program Director at the Office of the State Treasurer and Chief Operating Officer at the Rainbow PUSH Coalition, where oversight of multiple organizations and program development were emphasized. Bonita's early career includes significant roles at Salem Baptist Church of Chicago and Northern Trust Corporation, where financial management and operational oversight were critical functions.
