Deeksha Gattu

Deeksha Gattu currently serves as a General Engineer in Distribution Capacity Planning at ComEd, having joined the company in January 2020 after progressing through various engineering roles, including significant contributions in NERC CIP Reliability Standards and compliance. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Internal Secretary of the IEEE Illinois Institute of Technology Chapter, enhancing leadership and communication skills. Deeksha has also worked as a Graduate Student Ambassador, aiding prospective students at the Illinois Institute of Technology, and completed an internship at Telangana State Power Generation Corporation Limited, gaining practical insights into hydroelectric power operations. Deeksha holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology.
