Diana Fiket has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Diana started their career as an Analyst in the Operations department at Constellation in 2003. In this role, they managed and reviewed invoices, resolved billing issues, and ensured quality control. Diana then transitioned to a role as an Analyst in the Billing department, where they continued to handle invoicing and customer communication.
In 2007, Diana became an Associate in the Billing Solutions team, where they captured and communicated business requirements for system conversions. Diana also participated in software design reviews and user acceptance testing. After that, they were promoted to a Senior Associate role, where they supervised a third-party service provider and managed customer care for residential customers in Maryland.
In 2011, Diana took on the position of Senior Analyst in Client Services C&I at Constellation. Diana'sresponsibilities included account management, conflict resolution, and validating business processes. Diana later became a Senior Business Program Manager at ComEd in 2014, where they managed multidisciplinary projects and served as a Care Center ISO Ambassador.
Currently, Diana holds the position of Principal Business Analyst at ComEd, where they support the introduction and adoption of emerging technologies, leads the REACTS Program Change Management, and drives project strategies and tactics as the Change & Business Transformation Organization Lead.
Diana Fiket pursued a degree in Sociology at the University of Illinois Chicago from 2001 to 2005.
