Janel Yaun

Janel Yaun is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, currently serving as Principal Project Manager at ComEd since March 2015. In this role, Janel oversees multimillion-dollar projects, including New Business, Transmission & Distribution Interconnections, and Substation projects, while managing a team of project managers to implement the Future Energy Jobs Act of Illinois through solar project interconnections. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Project Manager at The Walsh Group, where timely scope takeoffs were facilitated, and dual roles as Service Contracts Manager and Project Manager at Nordex. Additionally, Janel held various positions at M. A. Mortenson Company, progressing from Field Engineer to Assistant Project Manager. Janel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from Tennessee State University, obtained in 2003.
