Jessica Jaramillo is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in customer accounts and operations at ComEd since May 2012. Currently serving as the Manager of Transmission & Substation and Manager of Customer Accounts, Jessica oversees teams responsible for managing a significant national portfolio that contributes $172 million in revenue. Jessica has implemented various strategic initiatives and led cross-functional teams targeting customer engagement and satisfaction. Previous roles include Sr. Account Manager, where Jessica managed a diverse customer base, and Account Manager, focusing on large customer relations. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager at LifeSource, where Jessica increased public awareness and blood donations, and as Assistant to the Attorney General for Latino Affairs, acting as a liaison within the Latino community in Illinois. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from DePaul University.
