John Fitterer

John Fitterer has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. John began their career at Exelon in 1998 as a Manager in Customer IT Support. John then moved on to roles as Director of ComEd & PECO Billing, Director of PECO Billing & Customer Analytics, and Director of Operational Governance. In 2007, they joined PECO Energy as a Billing Director. In 2009, they returned to Exelon as a Director, where they held various positions such as Director of New Business and Director of OSBI Strategic Initiatives at ComEd. Their responsibilities included managing strategic initiatives with significant financial opportunities and cross-business-unit impacts, designing electrical connections for customers, and overseeing billing and customer analytics.

John Fitterer completed their MBA in Finance at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 1983 to 1986. Prior to that, they obtained a QM degree in Statistics and IT from the University of Illinois Chicago from 1978 to 1981.
