Kimberly Swan

Kimberly Swan is a seasoned professional in the electric utility sector, currently serving as Manager of Strategic Planning and Evaluation and Manager of Demand Response and Dynamic Pricing Portfolio at ComEd since September 2016. With expertise in regulatory affairs, Kimberly has held key positions such as Principal Analyst, Regulatory at ComEd and Staff Attorney at the Illinois Commerce Commission, contributing to the development and implementation of regulatory programs and company tariffs. Previous roles include serving as Northeast-Midwest Regional Policy Advocate for Suntech America and Assistant Counsel to the Speaker of the Illinois House of Representatives.
