Kyle Danko has a diverse work experience in different roles and companies. Kyle started their career in 2009 as a Summer Help at Exelon Nuclear. In 2010, they worked as an Electrical Support Tech at Southern Illinois Recreation & Health Services. In the following year, they had an internship as a Biomedical Engineering Technician at Southern Illinois Healthcare. In 2012, they joined Dell as an Electrical Design Engineer. Since 2013, they have been working at ComEd, initially as a New Business Engineer, then as a Sr. Engineer / Project Manager, New Business Supervisor, Principal Business Analyst, and Manager Operations Planning & Analysis. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Regulatory Specialist at ComEd.

Kyle Danko's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electronic Systems Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2008 to 2012. Kyle then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, specializing in Project Management from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Kyle completed the Innovation Mentor Program at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business (Stayer Center for Executive Education) in 2019. Kyle is also certified as an Innovation Mentor from the University of Notre Dame and holds certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt and ASQ Certified Quality Technology from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2014 and 2013, respectively.
