Lee Luis

Lee Luis is an accomplished engineer specializing in smart grid and emerging technology, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at ComEd since April 2022. Previously held positions at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories from January 2018 to February 2022, including Project Engineer I and Associate Project Engineer in protection, and acted as a Technical Mentor to a senior design team from the William States Lee College of Engineering focused on resource management optimization for DER-integrated microgrids. Lee's early career included roles as an Engineering Intern at IEEE Power & Energy Society and various educational positions at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, culminating in a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power systems. Lee also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Goa University.
