Philip Halliburton

Philip Halliburton is an accomplished regulatory and public affairs professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Regulatory Affairs Manager at ComEd since September 2015, Philip leads a team ensuring compliance and acts as a liaison with key external stakeholders. Previous roles at ComEd included managing customer experience projects in the Energy Efficiency division and addressing community relations as External Affairs Manager. Prior experience includes public affairs roles at Con Edison, where Philip built relationships with local communities and managed complaints, as well as a position at the New York State Senate focusing on constituent affairs. Philip holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mercy University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from the University at Buffalo.
