Thomas Kennedy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Thomas began their career as a Laborer at 5915 Steel in 2005. In 2006, they worked as an Intern at Farrodyne USA Inc. Moving forward, they joined IIT as a Research Assistant from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Anderson Bat Company. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the ISO Coordinator and later as the Director of Production/Operations Manager at All Cell Technologies. In 2014, they joined ComEd as a Customer Project Engineer, and then transitioned to the position of Principal Contract Specialist in 2020.

Thomas Kennedy completed their education in a chronological order. Thomas attended Granite Hills High School from 2000 to 2004, where they received their high school degree. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, graduating in 2008. Thomas then continued their education at the same institution, earning a Master of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2011.
