Will Jansen

Will Jansen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, management, and ecological restoration. Currently serving as a Distribution System Operator at ComEd since January 2024, Will previously worked as a Process Operator at LyondellBasell from May 2018 to February 2024. Prior to that, Will managed construction projects as a Project Manager and General Contractor at Comfort Zone Home Solutions. Will's early career included roles as an Ecological Restoration Field Scientist and Equipment Operator at ENCAP, Inc., and Assistant Director of Maintenance and Operations at Wilmington Recreation Club, where oversight of seasonal operations and a team of workers was key. Will began the career journey with an Office Assistant role at Carthage College, supporting the Assistant Athletic Director. Educational background includes a degree from Carthage College and a high school diploma from Wilmington High School.
