Gabrielle Biciunas Taber

Gabrielle Biciunas Taber currently serves as the Director of Indiana Business Development Operations and previously held the position of Business Development Manager at Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. since March 2021. Gabrielle co-founded and serves as a Board Member for the NWI Food Council from December 2015. Prior experience includes roles at the Northwestern Indiana Regional Planning Commission (NIRPC), where Gabrielle worked as the Economic Development District Coordinator and Long Range Planner from May 2008 to February 2021, leading regional economic and community development initiatives. Gabrielle's involvement in local governance includes membership on the Plan Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Town of Beverly Shores. Earlier experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant for the Great Indy Neighborhoods Initiative at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation. Gabrielle holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Urban Planning and Development from Ball State University.
