Toby Church, PE, is an experienced electrical engineer and project manager at Commonwealth Engineers, Inc., where the new Bowling Green, Kentucky office was opened in September 2021. With a background that includes roles as an electrical engineer specializing in environmental projects and business development for energy and power quality needs, Toby has demonstrated expertise in the field since 2013. Prior to that, Toby worked at North Star Engineering, Inc. from January 2010 to December 2012, focusing on sales and design as an electrical engineer, and was a partner at Toric Engineering, Inc. from January 2002 to January 2010, where management and sales were key responsibilities. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from IUPUI and an Associate of Science in Telecommunications Technology from Wabash Valley College.
