Meredith Diehl M.D., Faao

Meredith Diehl, MD, FAAO, is a board-certified ophthalmologist with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating complex anterior and posterior segment disorders. Currently serving at Commonwealth Eye Care Associates since November 2014, Meredith Diehl specializes in neuro-ophthalmic conditions, thyroid eye disease, glaucoma, cataracts, dry eye syndrome, uveitis, diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, and various retinal disorders. Prior to this role, Meredith Diehl practiced at Virginia Ophthalmology Associates from August 2007 to September 2014. Academically, Meredith Diehl holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and French from Duke University, and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Virginia School of Medicine, where an internship in Internal Medicine was also completed.
