Poonam Rana

Poonam Rana is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and DevOps. Currently serving as the Director of Quality and DevOps at Commonwealth Financial Network since April 2021, Poonam previously held significant roles such as the Director of Quality and Delivery at Zipcar, Associate Director of SQA Engineering at IHS Markit, and Senior Manager of Quality Engineering at Agero, Inc. Additional experience includes positions as Principal Systems Analyst/Project Manager and Systems Analyst at Agero, Inc. and Manhattan Associates, respectively. Poonam's early career featured roles as a Software Developer at both American Express and TCS- StanChart. Poonam holds a Master's degree in Polymer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
