Andrew Lewis

Andrew Lewis serves as the President & CEO of the Commonwealth Foundation, leading initiatives to transform free-market ideas into actionable public policies in Pennsylvania. In addition, Lewis holds the position of Civil Affairs Officer with the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command and is a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc., an organization dedicated to CEO advisory and executive coaching. Previous roles include General Manager at Berks Homes, where significant revenue growth and operational efficiency were achieved, and Co-Founder of BiiLT Contracting Group LLC, which was successfully acquired. Lewis has experience as a State Representative in the Pennsylvania House, overseeing key legislative efforts, and has held various leadership roles in the U.S. Army, including Counterintelligence Agent and Cavalry Scout. Lewis's educational background includes an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and advanced degrees in Legislative Affairs, Construction Management, and Public Policy.
