Colin Butts

Colin Butts is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with a strong background in technology and IT services. Currently serving as Category Manager at Commonwealth Fusion Systems since March 2023, Colin leads strategic procurement operations for the development of the SPARC fusion machine. Previously, as Senior Manager of IT Procurement Partnerships at UnitedHealth Group, Colin managed strategic business initiatives and facilitated cross-functional projects. Colin also held the role of Senior Consultant and IT Category Manager at OhioHealth, where responsibilities included developing and executing vendor strategies for IT services. Early career experience includes roles as a Data Analyst at Villa Angela Care Center and Assistant Business Office Manager. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Franklin University.
