Joe Paluska

Joe Paluska currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Commonwealth Fusion Systems, a role commenced in September 2023. Previously, Joe held the same position at One Concern for six years, where responsibilities included business development, strategic partnerships, marketing, and government relations. Joe co-founded Heroes Run, a venture firm aimed at helping entrepreneurs launch brands, and served on the Board of Directors for PROOF, advising its founder during the company's early years. Joe's experience also includes advisory roles at Maveron LLC and significant positions at Edelman and Better Place, where Joe led extensive marketing initiatives within the technology and electric vehicle sectors. Joe holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Lehigh University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
