Cierra Bickel

Cierra Bickel, CTA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cierra is currently serving as the Director of Sales Marketing at Commonwealth Hotels since October 2022. In their previous role as General Manager at LinGate Hospitality from April 2021 to October 2022, they successfully managed over 30 employees, maintained high guest scores, and exceeded financial goals. Prior to that, Cierra held positions such as Regional New Ops/Director of Sales and Director of Sales at LinGate Hospitality, where they focused on opening new properties, setting up corporate and sneed business, and achieving budget goals. Cierra also gained experience as a Front Office Manager at Raymond Management Company and held multiple roles at Pillar Hotels & Resorts, including Multi Unit Sales Manager and Sales Coordinator. Cierra began their career as a Guest Service Attendant at Reading Health System and later worked as a Guest Services Associate at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Additionally, they interned at Caesars Interactive Entertainment Inc. and Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau. During their time at Reading Area Community College, they served as a Student Secretary and Ambassador.

Cierra Bickel, CTA has a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Drexel University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Associates in Liberal Arts at Reading Area Community College from 2008 to 2010. Cierra also holds additional certifications such as being a Certified Tourism Ambassador from Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau.
