Previously, Adam worked as a Loan Review Officer at American Bank & Trust Company, focusing on loan portfolio reviews and compliance with financial regulations. Adam's career began at the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions, where responsibilities included financial reporting accuracy and compliance reviews. Prior to the finance sector, Adam gained management experience as an Assistant Store Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement. Adam's early career included serving as a Weather Observer at Bowling Green Warren County Regional Airport. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Western Kentucky University and a Graduate degree from the Barret School of Banking.
