Dawn Gasser

Dawn Gasser has extensive experience in human services and program supervision, currently serving as a Program Supervisor for the Commonwealth of Kentucky since 2016, focusing on program integrity and implementation. Previous roles include Alternative Sentencing Worker at the Department of Public Advocacy, Human Services Specialist at The Rack, and various positions within the Commonwealth of Kentucky, including Adjudicator, Outreach Coordinator, and Commonwealth Detective Victim Advocate. Dawn Gasser holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Human Services from Eastern Kentucky University, where studies began in 1991.
