Leslie Salsbury

Leslie Salsbury is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and health equity. Currently serving as Project Lead at The Office of Health Equity within the Commonwealth of Kentucky since March 2023, Leslie previously held the role of Project Manager at Cigna from April 2022 to February 2023, focusing on Government Business Systems. Prior to this, Leslie was the Enrollment and Growth Manager at Passport Health Plan from December 2014 to April 2022. Additional experience includes a role as Grant Administrator at the University of Cincinnati, managing grants and budgets, and serving as Career Strategist at Gateway Community & Technical College, supporting student job placement and recruitment through grant work. Leslie began a career as Workforce Development Specialist at Northern Kentucky Area Development District, concentrating on healthcare careers and data tracking. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography & Geology from Northern Kentucky University and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Administration from Western Kentucky University. Education continues with studies at Northern Kentucky University since January 2022.
