Martha Mather currently serves as Special Advisor to the Governor for Behavioral Health in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and as a Senior Consultant at Sheppard Pratt. Prior to these roles, Mather was the Chief Operating Officer at Aware Recovery Care from December 2022 to January 2024 and served as CEO of UofL Health Peace Hospital from September 2019 to December 2022. Mather also held the position of Vice President/COO at Our Lady of Peace with KentuckyOne Health from March 2012 to September 2019. Mather holds a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal Communication/Psychology from Florida State University and a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University.
