A seasoned online facilitator for the Commonwealth of Learning, Anthony previously coordinated online distance and e-learning at Kenya Coast National Polytechnic while also serving as Head of Department for Career Services. With a robust academic background including an MBA in Marketing Management from Mount Kenya University and ongoing PhD studies, Anthony's qualifications are complemented by numerous certifications in educational methodologies and management.

The Commonwealth of Learning (COL) is an intergovernmental organisation created by Commonwealth Heads of Government to encourage the development and sharing of open learning and distance education knowledge, resources and technologies. COL is helping developing nations improve access to quality education and training. Hosted by the Government of Canada, COL is the only official Commonwealth agency located outside Britain and the world’s only intergovernmental organisation solely concerned with the promotion and development of distance education and open learning.
