Ann-Elizabeth Young is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data management and policy coordination within the public housing and economic mobility sectors. Currently serving as the Public Housing Data and Programs Coordinator for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Ann-Elizabeth leads policy discussions, performs data analysis, and supports the implementation of business intelligence across the Division of Public Housing. Prior to this role, Ann-Elizabeth held various positions including Research and Data Manager at Economic Mobility Pathways, where responsibilities included overseeing client management databases and producing reports, and Impact and Data Systems Analyst at the International Institute of New England, focusing on program impact evaluation.
