Brandon Rubinic

Brandon Rubinic is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in cloud architecture and security. Currently serving as the Enterprise Cloud Security Architect for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since March 2025, Brandon focuses on enhancing cloud security and operational models for state services. Previous roles include Enterprise Architect at PHEAA and Deloitte, where skills in cloud technology were leveraged to support government organizations. Brandon has a strong track record at the Naval Supply Systems Command, where leadership included developing the NAVSUP Modernization Framework and architecting cloud solutions. With a background in web development and education, Brandon has also served as an adjunct professor at HACC and Lebanon Valley College. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Shippensburg University and a Bachelor's Degree in Music Recording Technology from Lebanon Valley College.
