Robert Newton, MBA, CBRM, is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience in the fields of Marketing, Public Relations, Healthcare Insurance Operations, Project Management, and IT Implementations. Currently serving as the Executive Offices Customer Relationship Management Manager for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since May 2017, C.
