John Thornton

John Thornton possesses extensive experience in human resources and data analytics, currently serving as the Director of HR Analytics and Program Support Office for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Previously, John held multiple leadership roles at Anthem, Inc., including Director of Talent Acquisition, Program Director for HR Strategy & Planning, and HR Metrics & Analytics Manager. Earlier in John's career, a position as Control Analyst III was held at NationsBank. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Duquesne University, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
